Poem Title

The Rose

Back

A blossom among flowers I have found,

Search far and wide, there are none around.

Petals so soft and so smooth to touch,

Embrace the form, you will study it much.

Call to one with words you pose,

I can but say them with a rose.

August strength it does have within,

Leave the thorn, or break the skin.

Life within comes from the one above,

Aura it gives, is the perfume of love.

Designed I feel, with you in mind,

Yield now I, to a beauty so kind.
